Feltham will be the contractor and
- They recently completed the two OHCL developments in Rosehill – at the Oval and next to the new community centre
- Are a regional contractor, Newbury based
- Adam Jervis will be the full time Site Manager and our point of contact for day to day construction matters
What happens next:-
- Over the next couple of months the site establishment – offices etc will be constructed
- This has started with the delivery of fencing and a sample panel of the brickwork is to be built shortly
- Demolition commences late June/July
How will we be kept in touch:-
- A ’Meet the team’ event is being set up
- Within the next month.
